How to set up recurring payment packages in Spotipo

Setting up recurring packages

Setting up recurring packages is really simple. All you have to do is navigate to Packages option is Spotipo and either editing an existing package that you want to turn into a recurring one, or create a new package by selecting Add Package option.

From there, select your desired parameters such as Price, Devices Allowed, Download and Upload Speed, Data limits, etc. And make sure to select the Recurring Payment check mark as well. In the Drop down menu to the right of the check mark, select whether you'd like the package to be Yearly or Monthly.

The package should now be available to select from the Splash page section.

Payment is done like with any other package.

Canceling recurring package - Admin

If you are an admin of Spotipo site, it is possible to cancel a recurring payment by selecting the Accounts option. From here, click directly on the account that you'd like to edit, not the three dots symbol.

A new menu screen should pop up, and from there, simply select Stop Payment option.

Canceling recurring package - Customer

If you want to cancel a subscription from customers side, you need to log in to customer portal. If you need help on how to log in to customer portal, you can look it up here.

Once you are logged in, you can check all of your active and previous payments to this site. To stop recurring payments, under Subscribed Recurring Packages section simply select the Stop payment option.

If you'd like to restart payment, it is as simple as pressing the Restart payment button.
