Add local admin to UniFi controller.

1. Unifi OS Devices (UDM, UDM-Pro, Cloud Key Gen2+)

To create a local user, simply go to Settings->Admins & Users -> +


While creating a new user, make sure that the "**Restrict to local access only**" box has been checked.

2. Self-Hosted Servers

To create a local admin on self hosted Unifi servers, go to Admins->+


Once there, add a local admin connected to the existing Unifi account.
NOTE: Make sure to remove "**Remote Access**" option and add a "**Temporary Password**"
